RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We appreciate your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you must email us within 5 days of receiving it; and return it within 7 days for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item(s) must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please include your receipt. Sorry, shipping costs and returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. Email us with any questions or concerns that we have not mentioned here. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
