**Frankincense: Used for protection, purification, spiritual awareness, and it said to help soothe depression.

**Myrrh: Used for healing and clearing negative energy.

**White Sage: Burning white sage (also known as smudging) has been used by ancient cultures to help rid space of negativity: past traumas, bad experiences, or negative energies from others. It is both antimicrobial & antibacterial, so it is also known to repel insects and helps keep viruses, bacteria, and fungus at bay. (I like to burn one in the morning, before stepping out into the world and at night; just before bed. Might I add, it smells great too!)
